Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is mindset and nervous system coaching?
Mindset and nervous system coaching helps you understand the link between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and nervous system. The focus is on identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, increasing emotional awareness, and developing practical tools to respond differently in daily life. Sessions may include principles from neuroscience, neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, mindset work, and somatic practices. The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and build clarity, resilience, and confidence.
2. How can neuroplasticity help me change my patterns?
Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to adapt and change throughout life. Many thoughts, emotions, and behaviours become automatic over time, based on past experiences. Understanding neuroplasticity helps you recognise that these patterns are not fixed. With awareness and consistent practice, you can develop new, healthier ways of responding. Coaching focuses on helping you apply this understanding in practical, everyday ways.
3. What does nervous system regulation mean?
Nervous system regulation is about understanding how your body and mind respond to stress, pressure, and perceived threat. This may show up as overwhelm, overthinking, emotional reactivity, difficulty relaxing, or feeling constantly “on edge.” Instead of simply trying to calm yourself down, we explore what is driving these responses and introduce practical tools to support awareness, regulation, and recovery. The goal is not to remove stress entirely, but to help you respond to it with greater stability and resilience.
4. Is this coaching suitable if I have experienced trauma?
Haffeeza Official takes a trauma-informed approach and recognises that past experiences can shape how you think, feel, and respond to stress. However, coaching is not trauma therapy and does not diagnose or treat trauma or mental health conditions. It may support personal development, emotional resilience, and mindset work, but it is not a substitute for clinical or therapeutic care. If you are experiencing significant distress, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy may involve diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions and deeper psychological processing. Coaching focuses on personal development, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and future-focused change. While past experiences may be explored when relevant, coaching is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
6. What happens during a one-to-one coaching session?
Each session is tailored to you. We begin by exploring what is currently happening and what you would like to change or work towards. Depending on your needs, we may look at emotional patterns, mindset, nervous system responses, self-worth, boundaries, or behaviours you want to understand differently. You may also be given practical tools or exercises to use between sessions. You do not need to prepare anything in advance. Just come as you are.
7. Will coaching work for me?
There is no guaranteed outcome in coaching, as results vary from person to person. Coaching can provide tools, structure, insight, and support, but progress also depends on your circumstances and level of engagement. Some people notice changes quickly, while for others it develops gradually over time. The focus is on supporting meaningful, sustainable change rather than promising specific results.
8. Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are respected at all times. Information shared in sessions is treated confidentially, subject to the limits outlined in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Disclosure may only occur where required by law or in situations involving serious safety concerns. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
9. Are coaching sessions available internationally?
Yes. Sessions are delivered online and available to clients internationally, subject to legal and practical considerations. You can access coaching from anywhere, provided you have a private and stable environment for your session.
10. How do I book a coaching session and what happens after payment?
Sessions can be booked directly through the Haffeeza Official website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Once your booking is complete, you will receive your session details by email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you do not miss important updates.
11. Can I cancel or reschedule my coaching session?
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, so please choose your time carefully when booking. If you need to reschedule, you may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations, missed appointments, or changes requested with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may not be transferable. Full details are available in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
12. Can I get a refund for a coaching session or digital product?
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase. Coaching sessions are time-reserved appointments and are subject to the cancellation terms provided at booking. Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, subject to your statutory rights. If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact haffeeza.official@gmail.com for support.
